Zincatura Lorusso Ltd has been working succesfully in the field of superficial treatments of metals for over thirty years. This consolidated experience togheter with a high technological level achieved enables us to represent a reference mark for the south of Italy.

Our advanced technological plants and their high productive power allow us to satisfy great orders at the right time. We deal with two kinds of treatment: rotative zinc-plating at barrel and loom zinc-plating.

The high quality of our treatment is assured you by a specialized working cycle as result of many years of experience:

- Superficial preparation of the metal to be treated: it starts with a warm chemical process of pre-degreasing, which is followed by a pickling operation in hydrochloric acid, then a process of electrolytic degreasing and lastly there is the neutralization phase.

- Zinc-plating: zinc bath whose permanency changes according to the thickness to place on. 

- Passiveness phase: manufactures, after being zinc-plated, are made passive in the required colouring.

We also deal with selling activity including a delivery service: we can supply square and rectangular zinc-plated sections, frames and carpentry articles.
At costumer's request, we supply flat and angular irons, "T" (tee) shaped sections, "U" (channel) shaped sections; round and square sections; IPN/UPN, IPE, HEA, HEB, HEM beams. We also supply items by request and out of standard.We can satisfy supplies cut to measure and if requested, with plugs .
